This drawing was done while the hymn was still being sung but after the choir had processed into the Nave and reached their respective seats in the choir stalls. I could see Hope clearly from my position about 3 rows back, so as we sang the final verse (40 seconds), I drew this, adding her to the small number of others in the choir who have been drawn while hymning (inset left). The challenge is rather like that of doing a Doxology drawing (inset right) - you have just a few seconds to draw and can not fiddle with detail. Still, the result here is consistent with my other, more slowly created drawings of Hope (see All Hope below)
