Riverside Church 1999 Summer Organ Recital Series
This 3 August 1999, 3 x 4 inch drawing was done in some empty space right on the recital bulletin, showing Tim as he appeared on the giant projection screen, playing Bach's Toccata and Fugue in d minor on the Riverside Church organ. This summer Tuesday evening series is well-known, and showcases 6 to 8 outstanding organists each year. The projection screen makes the organist and his or her playing visible to the audience, even though the large console completely blocks any direct audience view of the performer.
