This was done at a rehearsal as the Riverside Choir prepared for the 7 and 9 May 1999 performances of
Dvorak's Requiem Mass. This was the largest one of a number of sketches I did on the inside of the back cover of my score during various rehearsals, and none is dated, so I have no idea which rehearsal this might have been. Clearly it is a rehearsal because of Tim being at the piano, but beyond that, I can not say. Other sketches on this cover page, including a head of Bob Convery, appear among those in the Dvorak Requiem exhibit ( link below). Another head of Bob also appears inside the score, at the beginning of the Agnus Dei (inset left).
