TR@TC alumni are members of a growing network of teachers, who come together to collaborate in TR@TC's Induction Program on a regular basis. For the first two years of full time teaching, alumni are paired with an Induction Mentor, who is an experienced teacher and is able to offer support as new teachers become accustomed to their positions. Induction Mentors also bring with them a myriad of resources and opportunities that can be used to enhance learning of students.
