To eat or not to eat: changing foods habits for global sustainability

The Consulate of France in NY is hosting a panel on food sustainability on 1/18. 

As the topic of food sustainability gains momentum, panelists will discuss changing food habits and trends as well as food waste in the Farm bill and child nutrition policy. The panelists include our own Pam Koch, Chef David Bouley, Nancy Easton, and Susan Edgerley. Their unique areas of expertise will bring new perspectives to this hot topic.
