Don’t forget to take advantage of campus resources such as the Writing Center, library workshops, academic coaching, and career services. These can make a huge difference in your performance and confidence!
Explore New York City
Outside the classroom, explore New York City! The city can sometimes feel fast-paced, but it offers endless cultural, educational, and social opportunities. Learn the subway system, explore the neighborhoods around campus, and visit museums. Fun fact: many museums in New York City are free for Columbia students! At the same time, prioritize your well-being. Build routines that balance study, rest, and community.
