Although foreign students are not eligible for any federal funding, TC has its own scholarship options that are available to foreign students on a limited basis.

TC’s Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) provides services and programs that support the growth, development, and welfare of international students on multiple levels -– immigration regulatory advising and processing, cultural adjustment, social enrichment, and assistance with practical matters related to living in the U.S. The OISS also acts as a center for cultural and educational programming that advances cross-cultural understanding and interaction between U.S. and international students and promotes cultural competency across the College.
We are 5000+ students from all 50 states (plus D.C) and 84 nations who are doing truly amazing things, like providing tools to assist victims of the global refugee crisis, creating technology to support individuals with disabilities, and programming apps that help first-generation college students navigate their campus experience.
