Kelly Sutton-Skinner
Director of Admission & New Student Enrollment
Communication Sciences & Disorders

As Director of Admission & New Student Enrollment, I oversee the Office of Admission and the recruitment and enrollment of new Teachers College students. Originally from outside Philadelphia, I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania, studying Psychology and Hispanic Studies. I began my career in higher education as an Admission and Recruitment Outreach Assistant at Baruch College, City University of New York. Since then, I have represented multiple institutions, gaining broader insight into the landscape of higher education and best practices in efficient, inclusive student service. Along the way, I also earned a Master of Arts degree in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College. As a proud TC alumna, I am thrilled to be back at my alma mater working with the admissions team to identify and enroll promising future leaders of education, psychology, and health.

Deanna Ghozati Gregory
Senior Associate Director of Admission
Biobehavioral Sciences
Mathematics, Science & Technology
International & Transcultural Studies

Hailing from Westbury, Long Island, I earned my B.A. in Psychology at Stony Brook University and went on to attend Teachers College as a student in the Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology. A proud ’06 graduate of TC, my journey in Admissions began as a part-time student worker, and has led me to my current role as Senior Associate Director. I work directly with two outstanding departments - Mathematics, Science and Technology and International and Transcultural Studies. Whether I am witnessing our Instructional Technology and Media students determine which emerging technologies enrich the learning experience or observing our International Educational Development students vigorously pursue new approaches to educate students in under-developed countries, I am constantly in awe of the work being done at TC. Although the students in my departments have varied backgrounds before arriving here, it is exciting to witness them come together with the shared mission of strengthening education throughout the world. I am an avid tennis fan, a cupcake and Disney enthusiast, an accomplished subway surfer, and I aim to have at least one meal a week involving buffalo chicken.

Ashley Blasland
Assistant Director of Admission
Counseling & Clinical Psychology

Originally, I joined the incredible Admissions Team as the Welcome Center Coordinator and Campus Visit Coordinator. Over a year and a half later, I am beyond excited to make the transition into my new role as Assistant Director, specifically working with the dynamic Counseling and Clinical Psychology Department. As a Syracuse native and University of Virginia graduate, I earned my degree in English. Before finding my home at TC, I spent the previous several years working in a law firm and performing in theaters across the country. My passion for student services and campus life was sparked through my work as a Resident Assistant and Senior Resident at UVA, where I had the opportunity to directly navigate hundreds of students through their first year of college. Similarly, my favorite aspect of my role at TC is engaging with the vibrant and diverse pool of prospective and current students that visit the Office of Admission. When I'm not connecting with students interested in Psychology at TC, I can be found writing stories for children, scouting out New York City's best mac n' cheese, and voicing various cartoon characters such as Rocket Girl. I would absolutely love to hear from you with any questions you may have throughout your application process and graduate school search.

Hello everyone! I was delighted to join the TC community as an Assistant Director of Admission. Within my role, I specialize in Diversity Recruitment as well as work directly with applicants interested in the education Policy & Social Analysis Department. I thrive from connecting students to educational and academic opportunities that they may not have previously considered, and I look forward to having many more of these exciting conversations with future TC students. Outside of the TC halls, you can find me exploring the rich historical and cultural aspects of NYC or further fueling my newly discovered obsession with podcasts! I look forward to assisting many of you in the graduate admission process!

Hello and welcome! As a Rockland County native, having taken many trips into NYC as a child and young adult, I'm delighted to serve as Assistant Director here at TC. I have over 6 years of experience in higher education admissions, and a background working primarily with graduate and other non-traditional students. My passion lies in best serving the student population and I look forward to guiding you through the admission process for any of our Curriculum & Teaching or Health Behavioral Sciences programs. Beyond the TC office, I enjoy teaching and performing comedy, trying my hand at pub trivia, or struggling through another Fantasy Football season. I look forward to working with many of you!

Nicole Siniscalchi
Assistant Director of Admission
Organization & Leadership

Hello! I first began my exciting journey at TC as an M.A. student in the Higher and Postsecondary Education program. Having grown up in the small town of Hyde Park, NY (where you can find the historic homes of Franklin D. and Eleanor Roosevelt) and receiving my B.A. from Siena College, located in another small town, I always found the idea of living in New York City fascinating; I was eager to move to the Big Apple to pursue higher education and to experience a much different cultural landscape. While in pursuit of my M.A. degree, I was fortunate enough to acquire a graduate assistantship position within the Office of Financial Aid at TC, which helped to shape my professional career. I ultimately worked in the field of financial aid for seven years and made the transition into the Office of Admission in 2016. I am extremely excited to continue to contribute to the TC community as a member of the amazing Office of Admission staff, and as the liaison for the department of Organization & Leadership--as you can imagine, as a graduate of the department, I have a strong connection to it! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, running through Central Park, and watching a variety of different sports. I also have a passion for honey, cookies, and is all about balance! Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions you may have!

Brad Campion
Interim Admission Specialist
Arts & Humanities

I am a second year master's student in the Higher and Postsecondary Education Program at Teachers College. Previously, I served as the Graduate Fellow in the Office of Admission. In that capacity, I led information sessions, counseled prospective students, reviewed applications for admission, and worked closely with our other admission staff to support enrollment goals and initiatives. Originally from Albany, NY, I graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a B.A. in History and Adolescence Education. I taught a variety of subjects in public schools, a career and technical school, and a charter school. At Teachers College, I am also a professional development coach in the Center for Professional Education of Teachers (CPET). In addition, I am the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach and Academic Advisor at SUNY Purchase and a head soccer at Manhattan Soccer Club. I am eager to use my blended secondary and postsecondary experiences to advise and empower the brilliant students interested in Teachers College!

Dyeneka Campa
Administrative Fellow

Hi, I’m Dyeneka! A month before the Fall 2018 term, I took a one-way flight from Los Angeles, CA to New York City to pursue the M.A. in Higher & Postsecondary Education at TC. I am ecstatic to serve as the 2018-19 Administrative Fellow in the Office of Admission! I look forward to bridging my experience as a former community college instructor of 3 ½ years with the course material taught in the TC classrooms. As a first-generation college graduate and higher education professional, I’ve developed an immense amount of passion and determination towards helping to improve the existing opportunity and excellence gaps for underrepresented college student populations. Increasing my knowledge within research related to innovative teaching models, campus diversity, and equity efforts excites me most about TC. Outside of work and school, you can find me visiting art exhibits, dancing salsa, getting lost on the New York subways (still learning the ropes!), and yelping new, delicious restaurants to try. Attending the best school of education while exploring all that New York has to offer doesn’t get any better. I encourage you to contact me directly or visit the Office of Admission for any questions you may have regarding your future as a Changemaker at Teachers College!
