Advanced Coach Intensive

The Advanced Coach Intensive is the final 5 days of The Columbia Coaching Certification Program. It wraps up the 8-month program with more advanced coach training, written and oral evaluations, individuals' project presentations and reflection of the C3P journey. The key benefits are as follows:

|ESTABLISH||Establish internal and external partnerships to ensure coaching systems and processes are contextually relevant, laser beam focused on individual and organizational needs, and generate measurable outcomes and results.|
|DESIGN||Design coaching with other core organizational "people practices" (e.g., performance management, succession planning and business priorities).|
|ADAPT||Adapt coaching approaches and strategies to meet the unique needs of specific populations.|
|DEFINE||Define a coaching code of ethical conduct, accountability standards and performance metrics and indicators.|
|EXPAND||Expand conflict resolution, negotiation and influence skills needed to address the resistance, objectives and multiple perspectives associated with successfully implementing the coaching process.|
This Intensive builds on the knowledge and skills gained during either the External Coach Intensive or the Internal Coach Intensive and through the coaching practicum, with an emphasis on building effective partnerships between internal and external coaches.
After a review of ethical guidelines, professional standards, code of conduct and coaching competencies, this Intensive focuses on a variety of advanced coaching interventions, including:
- Preparing Managers and Leaders for Coaching;
- Assessing Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Coaching;
- Integrating Appreciative Inquiry to Coaching Processes to Foster Individual and Organizational Development;
- Coaching and Critical Thinking;
- Coaching, Organizational Change and Performance;
- Assessing, Measurement and Evaluation of Coaching Programs and Processes
(Coaching ROI); and
- Expanding coaching impact through peer coaching and group coaching.

Notice: Once you have made a deposit for the ACI program, you are expected to complete the two assessments (i.e., ESCI and CWQ) that are part of pre-work during the defined period with the Cohort for which you registered. This must be done even if you have to defer your participation to a future cohort as we are billed by the vendors of these assessments in the current cohort (there will not be an opportunity to take the assessments again in the future based on the processes of our assessment vendor). Those interested in participating in the Advanced Coach Intensive must apply to the Columbia Coaching Certification Program and must successfully completeeither the External Coach Intensive or the Internal Coach Intensive. For more information please call: 1.212.678.8240
$9,400 for Cohort 20 and includes materials, all meals and single-room accommodations. The non-residential rate for Cohort 20 is $8,900.
$9,500 for Cohort 21 and includes materials, all meals and single-room accomodations. The non-residential rate for Cohort 21 is $9,000.
However, being a residential intensive with important evening preparation work and reading, staying in residence is strongly recommended. Upon successful completion of each 5-Day Intensive, interested participants will be qualified to receive 4.0 CEUs.

Participants may pay in full for the program, or may choose to make a $1000 non-refundable deposit which will secure their space in the program.
The Advanced Coach Intensive will be in-residence at the Tarrytown House, a captivating experience set atop a Hudson River Bluff.
