Room Drawings for your Event

For every event you plan, you will need to have a desired room set-up in mind before your event takes place. Space Plan Diagrams are an effective tool for assessing whether or not your desired event space can accommodate your anticipated guest count. You can also use this tool to visually communicate your room set-up expectations to the various vendors involved in planning your upcoming event. Ideally, you should send your completed Space Diagrams (or Room Drawings) to Facilities, CulinArt, and the other various teams involved so they can have a reference on the day of the event.  On this page you will find samples of Space Diagrams commonly used in Teachers College event spaces.  Please contact Stephen Kuschman with any questions about a specific room setup.
