Meal Plan Details

Teachers College offers four meal plans, comprised of a varying number of meals to enjoy at the Grace Dodge Dining Hall.  Each plan offers a number of meals per semester, and a generous deposit to their TC Dining Dollar$ account. 

Meal Plans are only available to currently enrolled Teachers College students.  Students may sign up through the Portal, and most do so by the first day of class of each semester.



Fall 2016 and Spring 2017

Blue Plan

110 meals per semester and $300 Dining Dollars per semester.
Cost $1,375 per semester

Purple Plan

80 meals per semester and $300 Dining Dollars per semester.
Cost $1,100 per semester

Yellow Plan

48 meals per semester and $300 Dining Dollars per semester.
Cost $800.00 per semester.


TC Dining Plan Terms & Conditions

  1. Only currently enrolled Teachers College students may participate in the TC DOLLAR$ .
  2. All TC Dining Plans accounts have beginning balance of zero every September 1, meaning past academic year balances do not roll forward.
  3. Meals in TC Dining Plans account may only be used:
    1. September 1 through the last class day of Fall semester
    2. January 1 thorough the last class day of the Spring semester

    All unused credits in the account as of midnight on the last class day of any semester will be forfeited.

  4. No interest or other earning will be paid to the holder or credited by Teachers College
  5. Refunds or withdrawals are not issued or allowed.
  6. Cashiers at Grace Dodge Cafeteria and the Everett Library can provided available account balances to students upon request.
  7. Unused meal credits in TC Dining Plans accounts are not transferrable to other accounts or to other people.
  8. TC Dining Plans can only be used to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.
  9. Teachers College is not responsible for any loss due to lost or stolen cards and you will not be reimbursed.  Lost or Stolen ID cards should be reported immediately to the Office of Card Services at 212-678-3235, or email to
