First Gen Mix and Mingle

Graduate Student Life and Development’s First Generation Initiative and TC Experience is hosting a social on Monday, November 7, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in Zankel Hall 109. Open to all self-identified first generation students, faculty, staff, and alumni the First Gen Mix and Mingle is a drop-by reception for Teachers College to come together and build community with other first gen members.

Are you interested in:

• Connecting with other first gen students as an identity based group 
• Networking with each other and first-gen faculty/staff/alumni members 
• Building an internal community within TC 
• Celebrating your accomplishments 

Then stop by our mix and mingle! We’ll have time for refreshments, hearing from first-gen students, faculty, staff, and alumni and highlighting our journey to Teachers College. Tailored for your schedule, feel free to stop by anytime between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm and stay for as long as you’d like. Be sure to register to attend!
