Most professionals either fight, flee, or freeze when it comes to conflict. It often seems counterintuitive, but conflict can actually be extremely productive when handled properly. It all starts with you. In this webinar, Alison (Walling) Chaney (Ed.D '15) will explore your best options for how to make the most of conflict in the workplace.

Dr. Alison (Walling) Chaney is the Founder of Walling & Associates. As a consulting practitioner and Columbia University certified executive coach, Alison provides leadership and talent development programs for organizations including Bristol Myers Squibb, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Columbia Business School and Marsh & McLennan Companies. Alison is a core facilitator on Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program. She is also an Associate Instructor at Columbia University for various courses such as the Strategic Advocacy course for the Master’s in Technology Management Program and Columbia Business School’s Essentials of Management Program.
 
She received her doctorate and master’s from Columbia University, where her dissertation focused on Executive Coaching and Client Outcomes. She enjoys helping non-profits and ministries serve the community. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and playing guitar.
