Our first session of Making the Most of Our Pandemic Pantries, a cooking demo by Culinary Nutritionist Stefanie Sacks (M.S. '03), was so popular we are bringing it back again! Is COVID-19 creating culinary challenges for you and your family? Grocery stores are limited and our access to them is disrupted thus grabbing what we can that resembles our edible reality before this pandemic can be difficult. Join Stefanie to learn how to make the most out of the current state of your pantry. Whether it’s a head of cauliflower, frozen peas, a can of some kind of beans, frozen fish or chicken thighs, bring your ingredients and questions to the table and solutions will be explored in this one-hour interactive demo and discussion.

Date: Tuesday, May 19
Time: 2-3:00 p.m. EST
