In today’s ever-changing world, building and sustaining effective working relationships is more important than ever. Building a solid relationship is predicated on trust, respect, reciprocity and commonality. In this webinar, Dr. Diane Brescher (Ed.D. ’10) will focus on understanding your organizational relationships, whether you are managing down, up or across organizational boundaries. Understanding what is of value to your supervisor/colleague/employee/etc and recognizing their communication styles is helpful for tailoring your message. Dr. Brescher will also share tips on effectively managing relationships by focusing on another’s needs, thereby providing value.
