Join us for read-aloud sessions for children of all ages every Monday and Wednesday (2pm EDT). Dr. Ayesha Rabadi-Raol (Ed.D. '20, Early Childhood Teacher Education) will read culturally relevant children’s picture books followed by a discussion and/or activities. We will include books discussing race, class, gender, (dis)ability, and various critical multicultural experiences.

We are now launching “Tell-a-Tale with Friends” which will include guest readers with English as well as multilingual/bilingual books and also children who will read their favorite books. As always, Ayesha will add a creative activity or engagement inspired by each read-aloud.

This week Author and Entreprenuer Sulma Arzu-Brown will read her own bilingual book: Bad Hair Does Not Exist (Pelo Malo No Existe).

Is your child celebrating their birthday this week? Email Ayesha at tellataleayesha@gmail.com and she will help you celebrate!
