Meditation for Sleep with Klodiana | If you’ve ever crawled under the covers worrying about a problem or a long to-do list, you know those racing thoughts can rob you of a good night’s sleep. Sleep disturbances, like having a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep, affects many of us. This class will teach you how to settle your mind and relax your body, decrease anxiety, and promote a restful night’s sleep..

The health and wellbeing of educators are at the heart of our priorities during this pandemic, and as teachers continue to go above and beyond, in an effort to provide their students with quality instruction, we cannot ignore the toll that these efforts have taken on their social and emotional wellness. It is for this reason that we are inviting educators from all walks of life to come together and "fill their cups" with wellness in the month of May.
 
In partnership with Success In Motion and Campus District-Charter Partnerships, we are offering FREE wellness to educators across the globe, for the entire month of May!
