Bonnie Davis is a founder of HuWork, a firm that was created to inspire humans at work.  She is a consultant, facilitator, speaker and executive coach who follows her passion for learning and growth by designing and delivering programs that: develop leaders, help people through times of change, improve performance, enhance culture, help teams work better together, and generally make work a more meaningful experience.  

For almost twenty-five years, Bonnie has built her expertise in Human Resources roles at Avaya, Sun Microsystems, and Level 3 Communications, as well as consulting roles at Aon Consulting and Deloitte and Touche. She has also taught in the Strategic Human Resources Management Master’s Degree program at the University of Denver and has published articles for Forbes online. Bonnie has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Business Administration from American University. She is a certified coach with Coaches Training Institute, Lominger/Korn Ferry, StandOut 2.0/The Marcus Buckingham Company, and has a certification from The Facilitators Studio.
