Leaders - whether in schools or business - excel when they think and act like the best teachers do. In order to be heard by their audiences, and for meaningful action to occur as a result, they must explain themselves ways that foster deep and lasting relationships, as well as understanding. This webinar presented by Reshan Richards (Ed.D. ’14, pictured left) and Stephen J. Valentine (pictured right) will share both big ideas and practical steps to help you, and help you help others, to apply a teaching mindset to key areas of leadership

Date: Wednesday, December 11
Time: 5-6:00 p.m.
Location: Login here.

Reshan Richards is Director of Studies at New Canaan Country School and Co-Founder of Explain Everything Inc. He also teaches at TC and the Columbia University School of Professional Studies.

Stephen J. Valentine is an educator, school leader, writer, and serial collaborator. He serves as the Assistant Head, Upper School, and Director of Academic Leadership at Montclair Kimberley Academy. He is Coordinating Editor of Klingbrief and author of Everything but Teaching.
