There’s a lot of distractions out there surrounding the topic of health and fitness. We often find ourselves getting caught up in the minutiae of working out and eating right. These narrow outlooks on health disable many of us from seeing the big picture. However, did you know that the basic formula for being healthy is well-established?

In this presentation, Jonathan Keltai (M.A. ’16) will simplify the wellness world, discussing not only what is truly important for improving your health and fitness but also how to incorporate these behaviors into your daily routine.

Date: Wednesday, April 21
Time: 3:00 p.m. EST
