Scholarly Interests

In my work, I am interested in the relationship between changing neighborhoods, educational inequities, and school-and-neighborhood-based social networks. My current research focuses on the geographic nature of schooling in the context of school choice and uses geospatial statistical methods to explore patterns of segregation and ties between neighborhoods and schools.
