  • Dr. Celeste Coruzzi is Adjunct Full Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University and co-founder of Veritas Partners LLC, a New York based organization change consulting firm, specializing in CEO driven change.  Celeste is a leader in the field of organizational change, dedicated to helping companies achieve business transformation through behavioral change.  Dr. Coruzzi has been consulting to organizations in banking, airlines, government, retail, insurance, medical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and high tech industries for over 25 years and works directly with CEOs and their executive teams in global corporations in the area of large-scale change.  Her work includes strategy formulation/implementation, organization design, executive team coaching, leadership development, culture change and performance measurement.  Formerly, Dr. Coruzzi was a Partner at Mercer Delta in the Organization Change group.  Prior to that, Celeste was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she led the Organization Change practice for consumer products in the northeast.  Prior employers were IBM, NASA and W. Warner Burke Associates. 

    Dr. Coruzzi has served as faculty to the Columbia University, School of Business Administration, executive development program - Leading and Managing People (LMP).  She was a Board of Trustee to the National Organization Development Network and Editor-in-Chief of the OD Practitioner, its quarterly publication.  She is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and business program broadcasts and has published many articles and book chapters on management, empowerment, and organizational change.
