Nutritional Ecology Scholarship

This fund honors the contributions of Professor Joan Dye Gussow, who pioneered a way to teach generations of nutrition students broad, systems-level thinking connecting human and ecological health. She is a proponent of locally sourced, ecologically sound food. The fund will assist a Masters or Doctoral student in the Nutrition Program with a demonstrated interest in studying the links between Food, Nutrition, & Ecology.
