TC Professional Development Fund

Teachers College Professional Development Fund

Teachers College maintains a Professional Development Fund to be used for reimbursing full-time professional and secretarial/clerical employees of TC for a developmental activity that relates to their job. All employees must consult with their supervisor prior to registering for their professional development activity. Employees who have exceeded six (6) months of employment may be reimbursed for the following:

  • Training programs
  • E-learning charges
  • Non-credit fees
  • Continuing education

Based on availability of funds, professional staff members may be reimbursed up to $300 per fiscal year. Secretarial/Clerical staff members may be reimbursed up to $315 per fiscal year.

Reimbursement Instructions:

You must submit your reimbursement requests via your ChromeRiver account in myTC. After you’ve logged into myTC, click on the “Employee Resources” tab. The ChromeRiver link can be found in the “Accounts Payable Services” box. This link is single sign-on and does not require a username or password.
