Locate the Link to the Editor in myTC
Log into myTC portal, and access the tool by clicking on the link "Update Faculty Profile".
It is located at: "Faculty Resources" tab -> "Faculty Services and Advisor Access" block -> "Update Faculty Profile"

Introducing our easy-to-use Faculty Profile Editor tool

Our Faculty Profile Editor allows faculty to update their profile and areas of expertise, and add CVs, office hours, or other content at any time using an intuitive interface. Find the Faculty Profile Editor in the TC Employee Portal under Faculty Resources or launch directly from this page.

Edit your profile
You should be able to see your basic information displayed in input boxes that you can modify as soon as the editor finishes loading.
Remember to click on "Save" before leaving the editor!
You can also navigate between different tabs by using the navigation items on the left hand side.
Switch profile if you yourself is not a faculty member
Find and select a faculty profile to modify
The tool will automatically verify your account info.
If you yourself is not a faculty member, you will be greeted with an error prompt where you can switch the profile so that you can help manage the profile of a faculty member.
Start typing in the input box, and you will see relevant results below.
Select the faculty profile that you want to modify.
Note that you would need to have access to the faculty profile in T4.

Switch profile if you yourself is not a faculty member
Switch profile from within the Editor
You can also switch profile to edit another faculty member's profile from within the Editor.
Click on the "Switch Profile" button in the top navigation bar.
Search and select the faculty member the same way you do in the error prompt as explained in the previous step.
Note that you would need to have access to the faculty profile in T4.
