Accent Modification Program

The Edward D Mysak Clinic for Communication Disorders offers an Accent Modification Program aimed at improving English pronunciation.

This program is designed for foreign-born students, faculty, and staff who feel their ability to communicate effectively and their employment options are limited by intelligibility issues. Individual practice materials are provided for structured practice between sessions.

Please note that accent modification therapy is not considered a disorder, and services at the clinic are priortized for clients with a speech and language disorder. Clients who seek accent modification therapy at the Mysak Clinic are not eligible for a sliding fee scale.
