Edward D. Mysak Clinic for Communication Disorders
Diagnostic and therapeutic services are provided for disorders of speech, language, hearing, voice, and swallowing resulting from varied etiologies including, but not limited to: autism, dementia, developmental delays, motor speech disorders, stroke, and traumatic brain injury. In addition, bilingual services can be provided in a variety of languages. Please follow the links in the sidebar to the right to learn more about specific services we offer.
The clinic conducts approximately 4,000 clinical sessions and nearly 80 evaluations each year. All services are provided by graduate students in the program of Communication Sciences and Disorders and are directly supervised by our licensed and certified supervisory staff.
Please note that the Mysak Clinic does not accept insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. Clients who receive therapy at the Mysak Clinic are responsible for registration fee payment to the clinic. The Mysak Clinic offers a sliding fee scale for those individuals who cannot afford the full cost.
