B.S. in Psychology Neuroscience from Duke University; M.S. in Adolescent Education from Pace University, in conjunction with Teach for America. Michael Johnson began his career in education at Fordham High School for the Arts, in Bronx, NY, as a Mathematics Teacher. His expertise extends across all secondary level mathematics curricular including: Algebra I & II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus and Calculus. Currently, Mike serves in various leadership roles including: Math Coach, Chairperson for the School Leadership Team, and Technology Coordinator. Mike aspires to develop his school leadership abilities via curriculum development (with the integration of technology) and policy design regarding the expansion of data systems and reporting metrics, to empower teachers and students with effective learning opportunities.
