Community Work Study
The Office of School and Community Partnerships manages a portion of the College's pool of federal work study funds dedicated to off-campus projects. Every year, we place 20-30 work study students in work study positions in partner schools across Harlem. Work study students serve as school day and after school tutors and classroom assistants, as well as in administrative or data collection roles related to OSCP's programs in schools.
To qualify for these positions, students must have been awarded work study funds as part of their financial aid package and they must meet the eligibility conditions laid out on the Financial Aid website. Work study positions available in our office are posted on the TC Jobs and Careers website. Students must apply through that website to be considered for a position.
