Rosanna Rodriguez

Rosanna is the A/V technician for the Dean- Hope Center . Under this interim position, Rosanna has worked since 2018 supporting the A/V needs of our students. Rosanna played a very significant role in helping the DHC transitioning to a virtual center. She worked intensely the first months in collaboration with TC IT department to ensure that the center could be up and running within a significant short time. This also included working with our outside vendor Titanium, the software that we use to hold remote sessions with clients. Rosanna developed tutorials for students, and staff to assist the the steps needed to accomplish various tasks. Rosanna continues to work hand and hand with the team at the DHC including our graduate students improving our systems and troubleshooting as needed. Overall, Rosanna is very engaging, and friendly with staff, students and supervisors. In addition to her specific job, Rosanna is very artistic and versatile.
