Thank You for Joining Us at the 36th Annual Winter Roundtable!

RISE UP: Racial Justice, Immigration, and Social Activism in Psychology and Education #WRT2019

The Winter Roundtable is the longest running continuing professional education program in the United States devoted solely to cultural issues in psychology, education, and social work. The Winter Roundtable continues its tradition of bringing together scholars, practitioners, researchers, social change agents and students interested in the intersections between race, ethnicity, social class, gender, ability status, sexual orientation, and religious affiliation in psychology, education, and social work.

The Winter Roundtable 2019 theme, RISE UP, focused our attention on racial justice, immigration, and social activism within the disciplines of psychology, education, and social work. The 2019 conference invited proposals that depicted research, pedagogy, practice and activism that addressed these themes.

As in years past, students, scholars, practitioners, educators and community activists gathered so as to share wisdom and resources. We thank you all for joining us for this exciting event. We hope you will join us next year in for the 37th Annual Winter Roundtable in February, 2020!
