Questions or Problems with Technology

Have a technical question or problem? ATS can assist you with instructional or research technology. For assistance:

  • Schedule a meeting
    • Click the Request Assistance button to email the Service Desk with suggested days/times you would like to schedule a Zoom session and ATS staff will contact you to set up a meeting time.

Technology Workshops

Want to learn about TC technology? ATS hosts a variety of technology workshops for the entire TC community. You can also request for us to come to your class to teach a customized version of one of our workshops.

Research Huddles

Have a question about TC research software? Sign up for a 30-minute appointment to meet with our Analytics and Research Technology Specialist to discuss TC research software. Please note that we defer all methodology questions to students’ advisors.
