Provides the TC community with training, administration, vetting, and analysis of the College’s instructional, research, and productivity technology.
Single-line of support for all faculty and staff via phone, onsite and remote support.
Responsible for application planning, development, testing, support and operations and project management of TC’s application architecture and strategy.
Manages campus networks to provide a highly reliable, scalable, secure and manageable network infrastructure.
Monitors and responds to threats against Teachers College’s systems, along with using threat assessment and a risk-based approach to mitigate the threat or risk to the college.
Provides staff, structure, and oversight to ensure that information technology projects are successful.
