Follow these steps when creating your Zoom meeting through the myTC Portal.
As your participants filter into your meeting, do the following tasks.
Mute All Participants and Uncheck the box to allow participants to unmute. If anyone needs to speak during the meeting, have them raise their hand and the host can unmute them.
Confirm that your participants cannot share their screens during the meeting. Make sure that Share Screen is unchecked from the security shield.
