Located on the first floor of Zankel, IUME is a center dedicated to producing critical research around educational equity. Feel free to drop by their office to relax or to connect with educators, researchers, students, and faculty who are interested in improving the current state of education for all students, but especially students who have been historically underserved in our schools.It is also worth noting that IUME is home to many groups such as Cyphers for Justice and The School Empowerment Project that are all dedicated to collaborating with the greater community to elevate the perspectives of students of color.
