Marco Alba
Special Projects Assistant

Marco Alba is a Special Projects Assistant who first started working with TR@TC as a summer intern six years ago. His ongoing partnership with the program has helped him develop countless skills that helped him through middle and high school. He's now an alumnus of Community Health Academy of the Heights and is currently pursuing a degree in Anthropology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Karina Castellanos
Program Operations & Outreach Coordinator

Karina has been working with the TR@TC program since 2018. She manages TR@TC's web content, finances, recruitment, operations, and outreach efforts. Before TR@TC, Karina worked extensively in the higher education, non-profit, and consulting sectors conducting qualitative research and executing programmatic work.

Kelsey Darity

Fieldwork Coordinator
Kelsey Darity, Ed.D., is the Fieldwork Coordinator for TR@TC. In this capacity, she pairs Teaching Residents with mentor teachers, coordinates residency supervision, provides professional development, and fosters school partnerships. Before earning her doctorate and joining the TR@TC staff, Kelsey taught middle school in South Carolina. 
Suzanne Pratt

Co-Director

Suzanne Pratt has been working with the Teaching Residents at Teachers College program since 2011. In this time, she has held multiple positions including Residency Supervisor, Induction Mentor, Induction Coordinator, and Graduate Assistant. In addition to her work with the program, Suzanne is also completing her doctoral studies at Teachers College.

Jazlyn Sanchez-Miron
Special Projects Assistant

Jazlyn serves as a Special Projects Assistant, and she initially started interning for TR@TC in 2018, serving as a Logistics Facilitator and Teaching Assistant under TR@TC's Global Citizens summer program. She is now an alumnus from the Urban Assembly Maker Academy and is currently pursuing a degree in Economics at the City College of New York. She has gained several skill sets that have helped her organize and develop content alongside TR@TC's Induction team through the years.
