Marco Alba is a Special Programs Assistant who first started working with TR@TC as a summer intern six years ago. His ongoing partnership with the program has helped him develop countless skills that helped him through middle and high school. He's now an alumnus of Community Health Academy of the Heights and is currently pursuing a degree in Anthropology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Karina Castellanos is a Program Administrator for TR@TC. Previous to TR@TC, she worked at the University of California Washington Program (UCDC) and League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC).
Julissa DiLone is an alumna of the TR@TC program who enjoyed her experience so much, she accepted an offer to return as the Induction Coordinator! In this capacity, she dedicates her time to supporting and sustaining new teachers in a culturally responsive manner. Julissa was a founding teacher at The Young Women's Leadership School in the Bronx.
Suzanne Pratt has been working with the Teaching Residents at Teachers College program since 2011. In this time, she has held multiple positions including Residency Supervisor, Induction Mentor, Induction Coordinator, and Graduate Assistant. In addition to her work with the program, Suzanne is also completing her doctoral studies at Teachers College.
