The Tisch Food Center translates its research into recommendations and resources for educators, policy makers, and community advocates to empower them to act on interrelated problems from childhood obesity to food systems sustainability. We are committed to producing innovative, practical and evidence-based models, tools, and policy recommendations. Our materials are created for a wide range of educators, so that they have the knowledge, skills, and resources to teach effective food and nutrition education. We also draft reports and briefs giving advocates and policy makers the evidence base to promote policies that support effective food and nutrition education and access to good food.
