Enrollment limited. For beginners only. Introduction to the basic techniques of hand building, the potter's wheel and slab construction, surface decoration and three-dimensional design. Stoneware and earthenware clay bodies and firing procedures will be addressed. Special fee: $100. Noncredit fee: $600 plus special fee.
