HBSS 4116: Health Education for Teachers
This course reviews the critical health issues that affect the well-being of youths today, emphasizing the practical aspects of health education in the classroom. The course will provide training in various aspects of child health that are mandated for teaching certification, including the following: reporting child abuse; preventing school violence; and, promoting respect and dignity for all students.
