DESCRIPTION:The 10th International Conference on Transformative Learning will take place in November 1-4, 2012 in San Francisco. Please check out the website for more details: http://meridianuniversity.edu/index.php/center-for-transformative-learning#tlc Many of our students and graduates have presented at this conference ... which was started by Dr. Jack Mezirow here at Teachers College. For more information about the history of the conferences, see: http://www.transformativelearning.org/ (which is hosted by a program graduate, Bill Brendel). I am not sure yet when the Call for Proposals will come out, but you might email inquiries to the address on the site. Consider presenting at the conference ... many of our students and graduates do so ... and it is a wonderful way to stay in touch with one another and developments in the field.
