We have reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels, which will be offered to participants at reduced rates between February 18 - 20, 2010. When calling to make your reservation, please mention that you are a registrant for the Winter Roundtable. This will enable you to receive the discounted price. The hotels may require that one night's stay be placed on your credit card to ensure your reservation. Please note that the room costs will return to their regular prices after the mentioned cut-off dates. Also, please note that the Roundtable is not responsible for securing housing accommodations for conference attendees.
