Computing and Information Services (CIS) is responsible for College technology including:- TC Apps (TC Gmail, Moodle Course Management System, and other collaboration tools)
- Desktop and classroom computer support
- Banner (the administrative information system)
- Media and audio-visual services
- Computer labs
- Classroom Technology
- Data, voice and video network
- Video-conferencing
- Residential cable television
- Telecommunications.
TC Apps is a collection of integrated applications at TC. It includes Google Apps for email and collaboration, Moodle for managing courses, Alfresco for storing files, Mahara for e-portfolios, Adobe Connect for web conferencing, iTunes for podcasts and TC Educator for experiencing the Second Life virtual environment. ___________________________________________________
