Media Services and Video OLD * Rental Rates

 

The daily equipment rental rates listed here are applicable only to Non-TC organizations or persons using our equipment or facilities. Our equipment is available for rental to outside organizations or persons who are using a classroom or an auditorium space at TC for their scheduled event. A check or credit card deposit is required, all additional charges will be invoiced. In addition certain equipment can only be rented if a TC Media Services Technician is also hired for the event.

Additional charges applied for multiple microphone set-ups (wired & wireless).

Classrooms request that require special set-ups, i.e. video conferencing, dual projection, or sound reinforcement, etc. will also be charged additional fees and tech rates. Special set-ups for classes require the instructor’s Academic Dept. supervisor’s approval.
