Tickets

Masters students receive one student ticket (for the graduate only) and up to three guest tickets to their Convocation ceremony. In addition, unclaimed tickets will be made available by lottery on a first-come, first-served basis. Students can request 1 ticket at a time during the lottery period. Tickets will be continually offered via lottery until all are claimed. All tickets are electronic and will be received at the time of registration via email from Eventbrite.com.

An important note: lottery tickets are not guaranteed and are only available if there are unused tickets in a particular ceremony. 

Doctoral students receive one student ticket and 7 guest tickets. Unused tickets will be released via lottery following the same schedule as Masters tickets.

The ticket registration schedule is below:

Wednesday, April 1, 2015: tickets are made available to eligible students
Wednesday, April 15, 2015: ticket registration closes
Friday, April 17, 2015: Unclaimed ticket lottery begins on a first-come, first-served lottery
