Course Description:
This course is an exploration of the depths of our human capacity for transformation. Together, we will take on the difficult challenge of integrating spiritual concepts from a variety of sources into daily life. What are our resistances? Why do we have them? What do we hope, as individuals, to gain from our study of spirituality? And how can we help and support each other along our respective paths? Readings will be directed toward seeking the essence of transformative processes, and we will discuss our personal experiences with specific approaches. We will also address the integration of what we learn with psychotherapeutic practice and theory.
