Student Development & Activities

Student Development & Activities (SDA) is one of three areas within the Office of Student Affairs. Our office promotes professional, co-curricular, recreational, social and cultural programs. Student Development & Activities seeks to build community, celebrate diversity, develop leadership and foster healthy living.

SDA supports and advises all student organizations recognized at Teachers College; coordinates the College orientation programs; sponsors social and networking events; encourages students to network with faculty and staff in regards to professional growth and development.  Additionally, our office is responsible for the distribution of the "Weekly Announcements" and the Student Handbook.
