Teaching Residents
at Teachers College

On Wednesday, September 21, 2016, TR@TC2 will be co-hosting Teacher as Activist: Bridging the Educational Divide with Dr. Lisa Delpit and Dr. Chris Emdin in the Cowin Auditorium at Teachers College. If you're unable to attend the event in person, we'll be livestreaming the event at 6:30pm here.

During the event, please join us on Twitter using #teacherasactivist. After their discussion, Dr. Delpit and Dr. Emdin will conduct a Q&A and will take your questions on Twitter via #teacherasactivist.

Teaching Residents at Teachers College (TR@TC2) is a federally-funded 18-month (January - May) graduate level program designed to recruit and prepare secondary-level teachers to teach in high-need New York City schools in one of five certification areas: Teaching Students with Disabilities (TSWD), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), and Science Education– Biology, Chemistry or Earth Science.
