Empowerment and inclusion for people with Parkinson’s disease

Our mission is threefold:

1) to improve voice, communication, and social connectedness in people with Parkinson’s disease within an inclusive framework,

2) to develop new technologies, through the use of automatic speech recognition, to foster independence in people with Parkinson’s disease, and

3) to train next generation speech language therapists in linguistically and culturally responsive rehabilitation methods.
