Community Movers is a physical activity coaching program modified from the Engage-PD intervention. It aims to educate people with Parkinson’s living in our local community (Upper Manhattan and the Bronx) on the importance of PA and the meaningful impact lifestyle modifications can have on Parkinson’s Disease including sleep and diet.
