Margaret Terry Orr, Associate Professor of Education in the Department of Organization and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University, was quoted in the article, titled "Pupils Struggle To Juggle Job, School," and said that while working can provide teenagers with additional skills, there should be a balance between work and school.
